What materials do you use to make your products?
Our products are primarily made from lippan clay sourced locally. We also incorporate mirror work, threads, beads, textiles, wood, and other materials depending on the design.
Do you make custom orders?
Yes, we love making customized orders! Get in touch with your specific requirements on design, size, colors, materials etc. and we will provide a quote.
How long does shipping take?
We ship within 5-7 business days from the date of order confirmation. Delivery timelines within India are:

What are your payment and refund policies?
We accept payments via credit/debit cards, netbanking, UPI, and PayPal. For refunds and cancellations, please get in touch with us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Do you wholesale your products?
Yes, we offer special wholesale pricing and bulk order discounts for resellers, retailers, and boutiques. Contact us with your store details and requirements.
What kind of packaging do you use?
We use recyclable and eco-friendly packaging including cardboard boxes, bubble wrap and paper for secure handling and protection of the products. Let us know if you need gift wrapping or have any special packaging requests.
How do I care for and clean the products?
Most of our products just need gentle dusting. Avoid contact with any liquids or moisture. For specific material cleaning instructions, contact us with your product details.

How do you come up with new designs?
We take inspiration from Indian folk art and crafts as well as current home decor trends to create new designs. We regularly experiment with new styles, themes, color palettes, and product types. We also welcome customer input and work on customized designs.
Do your products come ready to use or require assembly?
Most of our products are ready to use wall hangings, tabletop decor etc. that do not require additional assembly. For large statement pieces, floor lamps, mirrors etc. we provide easy DIY assembly instructions and can also assist with installation if required.
What if my product arrives damaged or defective?
In case of any damages or defects, please inform us within 24 hours with photos of the issue. We will repair, replace, or refund your order based on the type of damage.
