Initial Consultation: Our artist will have a preliminary conversation with you to understand the desired dimensions, color palette, and specific design or pattern preferences.

 

Quotation: After the initial discussion, a quote will be provided based on factors such as the size, design complexity, and shipping location.

 

Booking Confirmation: If you decide to proceed, a booking can be made by paying 30-40% of the total quoted price. To confirm your booking, please provide your contact information, delivery address, and payment confirmation via the form provided. A confirmation email will be sent summarizing your order details, contact and delivery information, and remaining payment details.

Design Drafting: Our artist will then develop an initial design or draft based on your specifications. This design will be shared with you for feedback and any necessary modifications.

 

Production: Once the design is finalized, our artist will require approximately 1-2 weeks to complete the piece. You may be contacted during this period for additional information regarding color preferences or other specific details.

 

Notification and Payment: Upon completion, you will be notified via email or WhatsApp that your piece is ready to be shipped. Full payment is required prior to shipping.

 

Shipping: After receiving the full payment, we will dispatch your item and share the tracking information with you.

 

Delivery Confirmation: Once your product has been delivered, we will send you a notification via email or WhatsApp. At this stage, we would appreciate it if you could complete our feedback form to help us improve our service.
